Shipping

We ship within the United States via tracked carriers. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping is complimentary on every order — it's included in the price, with no minimum.

• Standard: 3–5 business days
• Expedited: 1–2 business days (calculated at checkout)
• You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

International shipping is coming soon — join the list to hear first. Duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

If a piece isn't right, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Start a return from your order confirmation email or by contacting us.
• Size exchanges ship free, both ways — we want you in the right fit.
• For refunds, return shipping is the customer's responsibility; if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we cover it.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected (typically 5–7 business days).
• Buying a gift? Exchanges and returns work the same way — just reach out and we'll keep it simple and discreet.
• Final-sale items, if any, are marked at the time of purchase.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to fulfill orders and improve your experience. This includes contact details, shipping information, and order history. Payment information is processed securely by our PCI-compliant payment providers — we never store full card numbers.
