We collect as little as we can to run a shop and a mailing list, we tell you who touches it, and we never sell it. Here's exactly how it works. Last updated August 14, 2026.
Two things, really. If you join the list, we collect the email address you give us (and, from a product notify form, the size and polo you're interested in). If you place an order once the shop is live, we collect the details needed to fill it — your name, shipping address, email, and what you bought.
Payment is different: when you check out, your card details go straight to our payment processor over an encrypted connection. Elvoro never sees or stores your full card number. We also log basic technical data your browser sends — things like your IP address — purely to keep the site running and to slow down spam and abuse.
To do the two things you came for: send you the founding-list and launch emails you asked for, and fulfil, ship, and support your order. We also use your message if you write in through the contact form, and the technical data to protect the site. That's the whole list. We don't build advertising profiles, and we don't use any automated or AI system to make decisions about you.
We don't sell your personal information, full stop. We do rely on a few trusted services to operate, and share only what each one needs:

This site keeps cookies to a minimum — the ones needed for it to work and, at most, plain analytics so we can see which pages people read. We do not run advertising or third-party ad-tracking cookies. When you check out, our payment provider may set its own cookies to complete the transaction securely; those are governed by that provider's policy. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.
You're in control of your data:
The site is served over HTTPS, and card payments are handled entirely by a PCI-compliant processor, so sensitive payment details never sit on our side. We keep the personal data we do hold limited to what's genuinely useful and no longer than we need it.
